Of
what use a dream-catcher
when
there are no more dreams
December
fades to January
after
the Solstice another year
behind
and ahead uncertainty
snow
piles as in a dream of Winter
caught
in reality—living
devolves
the
shortest darkest day balances
the
brightest longest day's ego—
to
feel in its darkness its white-scape:
without
a dream is to know reality.
